Rules be discussed for each request. As the small elevator is shared with the adjacent building, it’s only suitable for the transport of all technical supply before and after shooting and cannot be blocked for the entire booking duration.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 21 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 21 days and 7 days before the event start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than seven 7 days before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.
