Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 21 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 21 days and 7 days before the event start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than seven 7 days before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.
