House Rules

Smoking is not permitted. No loud music. Furniture and decorations may be moved around with care, but must be returned to their original positions afterwards. Please take particular care with the parquet flooring when moving equipment or furniture. Unusual set-ups or larger items of equipment should be agreed in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.
