This small house at the end of the row is part of famous residential estates from the 1920s. It normally serves as a "rentable museum" dedicated to emerging modernism. Its restoration and interiors have been frequently awarded for their authenticity and accuracy. The house (and its 200 sqm garden) are part of the iconic and UNESCO-listed "Hufeisensiedlung" designed by architect Bruno Taut 1925-30. The inside is completely furnished and equipped with typical design classics from the Weimar Republic / Bauhaus era and it has been restored true to the original strong colours. The house is extremely unique and has been frequently featured in architecture and lifestyle mags, on TV and in international media. It usually serves as a holiday house for lovers of fine architecture, but can also be rented as a stimulating authentic 1920s environment for film and video-shootings. Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.
