The Scene On-Set

Built in 1920, this old farm has an abundance of character. As little as 30km away from Kudamm, 2500sqm of nature with old trees and enchanting corners wait to be the perfect setting for a countryside scene. Upon entering the home, on the ground floor, a new 160sqm photo/film studio with 5m high ceilings and resilient wood floor (the large double doors allow a car, trolley, pallet truck or forklift to enter) while on the first floor a 180sqm light-flooded furnished loft with Tuscan style floors can be found. The charming inner courtyard offers space for up to 20 cars or trucks making it an ideal location for larger productions. More photos available upon request!

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.
