Smoking is only allowed in the kitchen. Please take your shoes off when entering the apartment. Please do not enter the bedroom and closet.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.

Great location! Everything worked out smoothly with the communication and the service the homemade studio provided me with. However, there were cats on the location and since I am allergic, I could barely cope with staying there during the 4 hours I rented the place. This type of information should be provided beforehand, other than that, a very professional and trustworthy experience!
