Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.

Beautiful filming location in Berlin. Straightforward in terms of organizing the shoot. Everyone was very friendly and hands-on. The only downside for more complex Ad shoots with bigger teams: the apartment is too small to have clients or departments like H&M or styling in a separate room. You should consider alternatives and budget for trailers and road closures in front of the house. It's also essential to keep an eye on timekeeping, as the agreed shooting time must not be exceeded because a family with a small child lives in the apartment and reliability is the top priority. Ideal filming location for small crews, highly recommended.
