This EXTRA colourful Home Studio is filled with playful designer furniture, bold artwork and character at every turn. A standout feature is the bright blue bar, complete with atmospheric LED lighting, creating the perfect backdrop for editorial shoots, campaigns or content creation. The dining area has been thoughtfully transformed into a fully equipped nail studio, making the space particularly well suited for beauty, fashion and lifestyle productions. One of the owners is also a professional nail artist so models can even have their nails done on-site prior to the shoot by arrangement. The home also features a fully functioning bar with a refrigerator, ice machine and sink, offering both a stylish setting and practical amenities for productions. Furniture and décor can be moved to suit your creative vision, and productions are welcome to bring in their own props or styling elements to personalise the space.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.
