Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.

We have once again booked this lovely place in Frankfurt, this time for a video shoot. Everything went smoothly in the communication with Frank - he even checked whether he should remove Christmas decorations beforehand, very considerate. I'm sure we will be back next year!
