A perfectly imperfect Altbau - welcome to ‘Family Chaos’. Think wooden floors, winged doors, beautiful old-building character… and a very honest dose of real family life. With three kids in the apartment, this space comes exactly as it is: lived-in, loved, and packed full of toys, colour, and everyday moments. There's no staged minimalism here, which makes it perfect for shoots that want authenticity and the beautifully messy reality of family living. Availability

Flexible on weekends. During the week can be discussed however, bookings before 9:00 or after 20:00 are not possible

No smoking inside, loud music or jumping in the living room (out of respect for neighbours)

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.
