The Scene On-Set

An urban jungle with over 200 plants provides a vibrant and cozy backdrop for any type of shoot. This home is a mix of new and vintage, mainly mid century modern pieces from Denmark, Kleinanzeigen and even street finds. A tall custom made bookcase displays books, art, pottery and antiques, all with a personal story and unique look. A typical Berlin Altbau with high ceilings and herringbone parquet floors in the living room (and views of the Treptow park and lake). Note from the owner: "I like to welcome the crew and get everyone settled in, then go for a walk and give everyone some privacy to do their work."

North east facing: morning sun in the living room and afternoon sun in the kitchen (very little sun in the winter months)

House Rules

No animal products (meat, dairy, etc) and no shoes allowed. If your shoot requires models to wear shoes, please ensure that they have not been worn outside. Smoking is allowed on the balcony with the door closed. Moving of plants and furniture is only allowed with the assistance of the host. Please wear a mask when arriving

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.
