Housed inside an old industrial factory directly on the banks of the Spree, this daylight loft is one for productions that want space ~ and lots of it. Think extra high ceilings, exposed brick, stunning natural daylight and an open-plan layout that gives you plenty of freedom to shoot. Alongside the industrial bones, there’s an elegant open kitchen and a spacious outdoor area right by the river, giving you multiple looks without ever leaving the location. And while it may have all the cool character of a former factory, behind the scenes it’s very much set up for a smooth production day. There’s a dedicated make-up and styling area, direct ground-floor access and free parking immediately outside ~ meaning no hauling equipment up staircases or halfway down a Berlin street! A selection of professional lighting, tripods and backdrops can be rented directly from the location, alongside plenty of props to help build out your set. There’s even a complete podcast and vodcast set-up available, plus speedy 1GB fibre internet. From fashion editorials and lifestyle shoots to campaigns, commercials and larger productions that simply need room to breathe, this is a location where you can come with a big idea and actually have the space to make it happen.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.
