This small, bright and cosy apartment has been newly renovated and cautiously redecorated. Maintaining the beautiful altbau elements (original wood floors, high ceilings and stucco details), its interior is diverse in nature, featuring a mix of vintage furniture peppered with modern details and decor from many corners of the world. This is a photo shoot location where quietness and brightness are a given, making it a little haven for smaller creative productions!

House Rules

Smoking only permitted on balcony. No loud music and no noise after 22:00. Please remove shoes and use protection (eg tennis balls) for tripods/stands.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.
