Smoking only permitted on balcony and noise levels must be lowered after 10pm
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.

Really strong communication from start to finish. The recce was easy to arrange and gave us everything we needed to plan properly, including access to the fuse box, which makes a big difference for a full lighting setup. The apartment was clean and tidy on the shoot day, exactly as we saw it during the recce. Even short notice questions got answered quickly. Would book again without hesitation.
