Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.

Great place, quick & easy communication & very helpful owner - I can only recommend this beautiful apartment! We had a photo production and were looking for an authentic spacious location that provides us with enough day light and is located in Berlin's city center for a fair fee. Farina's apartment proved to be this exact space! The booking process went smoothly and the owner always replied very quickly to every question we had. We could move most of the furniture in order to get our desired motive arrangement and also use the facility's decor for props.

The photos on the description give a good, realistic impression of the location. In addition to the hallway, kitchen and bathroom, a testeful bedroom and a living room with a nice sofa landscape, the apartment offers a room with a large table and a hammock in an alcove overlooking the street. Everything is tastefully furnished and in warm wood tones, there are many details, angles, original furnishings and usable subsets without being overloaded. When the sun is shining, the lighting conditions allow natural shots without additional lighting. If the sky is cloudy, you should switch on existing lamps on the ceiling and in the corners of the room or bring a lighting system with you. The owner is very accommodating and withdraws while using the location so you can work undisturbed. I can say the location is easy to reach by public transport. I can only recommend it.
