The owner will always be home during production. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.

Claudia was extremely tolerant about us moving the shooting day about three times and we definetly appreciated her flexibility and positive attitude very much. the appartment is very tastefully decorated and cozy, which definetly contributed to a pleasant working environment. her cat was extremely cute and well behaved. overall - quite delightful!
