House Rules

No smoking, no pornography, no structural alterations to the property. Rearranging the furniture is allowed but the property must be returned to its original condition.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.
