The Scene On-Set

An infinite space for your creative ideas in the former guest house of the GDR government. There's a total of 180 square meters of loft space available for your productions and best of all: the unobstructed view and large terrace overlooking Schönhausen Palace Park and the castle. In this Home Studio, you will find everything you need for an inspiring and productive atmosphere: from comfortable lounge chairs and a cool workshop area to stylish hanging chairs with a wide view of the park.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.
