From the impressive full-length canoe posing as a light, the 100-year-old towering cactus, stuffed birds, vintage furniture and plant placements with personality, this photo shoot location is full of delightful surprises that will stimulate your visual sense at every turn. With all the rooms being available for production, let your imagination go wild in the Home Studio of two creatives with a thing for the playful, the retro, the unusual and of course … the unexpected.

House Rules

No smoking. Please ask the owners if you want to move furniture or props. Equipment cannot be stored in hallway outside of the apartment. There are two cats in the apartment, so one room always has to stay closed and can not be used until another room has become available for them to move into. Finally, as some surfaces of the furnitures are sensitive to cleaning liquids, the cleaning will be done by the Home Studio owners after the booking. If you would like to clean yourself, please talk to the owners beforehand.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.
