House Rules

Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Please consider the peaceful setting here and try to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during 'quiet hours': Germany usually observes 'quiet hours' (Ruhezeit) from 10pm to 7am on weekdays and all day on Sundays. This rule also applies on public holidays.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.
