Set right by the Spree and surrounded by an artistic, distinctly Berlin neighbourhood, this space brings a cool concrete backdrop with just the right amount of Berlin-esque character. Ideal for productions that want to play with space, structure and light - from editorial shoots to larger commercial projects.

House Rules

No parties or no loud productions. The quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am (please respect the neighbors). Max occupancy: only the number of guests on the reservation; no extra visitors without prior approval. Smoking: not allowed inside; only on the balcony (please keep doors/windows closed). No open flames (candles or fires) and do not move furniture (to protect floors and inventory). Please treat the games, books, equipment and furnishings with care and report any damage immediately. Before leaving: load dishes into the dishwasher, separate trash, and leave the space reasonably tidy, close windows, turn off A/C and lights, and make sure the door is fully closed/locked.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.
