Proof of insurance required. No smoking. Please take your shoes off when entering the apartment. If you want to move furniture please ask the owner. At night please keep noise levels under control.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.
