At its heart is a huge open-plan living space with a stainless-steel kitchen and island, Minotti sofa, USM furniture and fireplace ~ with plenty of room to move, style and shoot from different angles. Large south-facing windows keep the loft flooded with natural light and open directly onto a sunny terrace, giving productions another backdrop to play with. Raw but refined, it’s a versatile setting for everything from lifestyle and interiors to food, fashion, tech and commercial shoots.

House Rules

No smoking inside the loft. No excessive noise, particularly after 10pm. Furniture to be moved with care and to be returned to its original position. No drilling or painting. Taping or fixing to walls with prior permission only. Damages to be reported immediately.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.
