A photo or film shoot inside this newly renovated Altbau apartment, part of a listed (Denkmalschutz) building from the turn of the last century, will be very special indeed. With elegant proportions, a striking entrance hall and lift, and a beautiful bay-windowed living room overlooking a pond, it’s a versatile backdrop for productions. Both adjacent rooms can be closed off with double glass doors and here's a worthy mention: this very apartment was featured in Babylon Berlin, though styled completely differently for the series. Amenities

House Rules

No smoking. No heavy, bulky, large objects/machinery with difficult access, assembly or/and use (potentially causing damage e.g the parquet). No decoration damaging the property (drilling, screwing etc) and no loud sound systems or noisy activations (e.g group dancing on the parquet). No huge productions with big numbers of participants. The use of the other rooms is possible, currently being decorated and improved regularly. Upon request, the use of the entrance hall and lift is possible but consideration for the other tenants and keeping disruption to the minimum is essential.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.
