Set within a 50 m² Berlin Altbau dating back to the early 1900s, this colourful home has been transformed into a bold, maximalist playground filled with personality. Original architectural details meet playful DIY projects, statement lighting, gallery walls, bold colour combinations, striped accents and vintage-inspired styling. Every corner has been thoughtfully put together to offer something different on camera, with plenty of distinctive backdrops and details to play with. Despite its maximalist aesthetic, the apartment has been cleverly created on a budget — proving that a little imagination can go a very long way. Excellent natural daylight throughout the day and a variety of shooting angles make the space particularly well suited to lifestyle, fashion, interiors, product photography, video productions and social media content. For productions looking for something colourful, characterful and anything but ordinary, this little Altbau certainly knows how to make an entrance!

House Rules

No smoking inside the apartment. Please respect the furniture and décor. Shoes off where possible. No glitter, confetti or smoke machines without prior approval. Maximum guest number must be respected. Please return furniture and props to their original position before leaving. No parties or events. Music is welcome at a reasonable volume.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable.
