What is a Home Studio?

A Home Studio is a unique home or private space rented out by the hour for photo, video and film shoots. We offer a variety of styles and our portfolio is steadily growing, with new Home Studios uploaded on a regular basis.

Who can book a Home Studio?

Our service is exclusive to creative professionals (including companies and freelancers).
At present, the pricing set for each of our listings are specifically devised for photo and commercial video shoots. We also welcome independent and feature film inquiries but each request is handled on a more individualized basis. If you are interested in renting our Home Studios for film shoots we recommend browsing through our website to identify those locations that feature a film camera icon and contact us directly with details of your project.

2. Select your favourite Home Studio and explore its features and amenities

3. Check the availability of your Home Studio, select your preferred date, start time and number of hours or email us for its availability

4. Give us a few additional details on your booking, insert your payment details and finalise your booking request

5. We will manage your request and send you an email confirmation within 3 working days. (Our average response rate is 24 hours). You will only be charged once your booking is confirmed

Fees Overview

Each Home Studio will set its own hourly price
Homemade Studio will charge a service fee of 15% (+19% VAT on service fee)

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 21 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the Booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 21 days and 7 days before the event start time of the Booking. Cancellations submitted less than seven 7 days before the booking start time are not refundable. The service fee in all cases will be non-refundable. Liability Insurance

As part of our terms and conditions, in order to rent Home Studios through our platform, all bookers must have liability insurance. This means that in the unlikely case that the property is damaged during a shoot, you will be legally liable for the damage caused. We recommend taking photo evidence of the space before and after the shoot to support in the case of a claim.
